In a follow up email to Parade, reps for Pine-Sol said that their signature powerful disinfectant, Original Pine-Sol Multi-Surface Cleaner, is not included in this recall. Consumers can contact Pine-Sol to receive a full refund and should take pictures of the 12-digit UPC code along with the date on the bottle.  Clorox has also set up a website where consumers can request refunds. Retailers and distributors can also apply for reimbursement. Per the email: “We are asking consumers to stop using the impacted products immediately. For reimbursement for eligible products, consumers will need to complete the information on this form which requires them to send a picture of the UPC on the back of the bottle and to provide a date code on the online form for a refund. After including this information necessary to obtain a refund, then consumers can safely dispose of the impacted product(s) with their household garbage.”
